You need to be 18 or over.

You must complete the following steps:

- Undertake a medical and then exchange your licence to add provisional entitlement.

- Then you will complete a Multiple Choice Theory Test and a Hazard Perception tests.

- You will also complete a 1 hour driving assessment this will allow us to ensure you undertake the right level of training.

- Once the theory tests are passed you will undertake your practical training, this is usually a block of 5 days with your practical test on the 6^th day.

If you obtained C1 before 10th Sept 2009 the you need to complete CPC Periodic training.  If you obtained it after 9^th  Sept 2009 then you need to complete the Initial Qualification

No, the law was changed in November 2022, you no longer need to obtain Cat C first, once you pass your CE your licence will automatically receive categories C1, C entitlement.

Yes we do! We offer a few options for qualified drivers in particular Cat C and CE holders. We can undertake short assessments, reversing and manoeuvring and on road refresher training.  All out instructors have worked in the driving industry and are experienced at evaluating skills need to be safe and successful in the transport industry.
